The AI Job Search System

How I used AI to run a 201-application job search in one month, and kept every Submit button for myself.

Free live class: Tuesday, November 17, 7 to 8 p.m. Eastern. One hour, online, on Google Meet. Built for privacy.

What this is

A routine, not a list of AI tricks

On October 1, 2026, I started looking for a new job. I've spent about thirty years in sales, so I treated the search like a pipeline. In the first month I sent 201 applications, and every one had its own tailored resume.

The system is a daily routine: what the AI does, what I do, and the order we do it in. You can build the whole thing in about a week. The first piece takes one evening.

One honest line, because I'd rather you hear it from me: a system doesn't make the market kind. It makes you faster, steadier and harder to ignore.

The one rule

The AI drafts. You decide. You send.

No invented experience. No messages sent on your behalf. No Submit button pressed by a robot. Here's the split I landed on after the first week.

The AI does

  • Searches hundreds of company job boards every morning
  • Checks each job is still open on the company's own site
  • Tailors the resume and cover letter from my real history
  • Fills in the application form
  • Finds the recruiter and hiring manager, drafts the note
  • Logs everything and sets the follow-up date

I do

  • Pick which jobs are worth my name
  • Read every resume before it goes out
  • Answer anything about my identity, eligibility or background
  • Upload the files and press Submit
  • Press Send, from my own account
  • Do the interviews. All of them.

The left column is paperwork. The right column is judgment and relationships.

Two kinds of job seeker

Out of work, or employed and looking

The system runs on two tracks, because the goals are different.

Track A: out of work

  • Goal: speed and steady volume
  • Daily time: 3 to 6 hours
  • Applications: 5 to 10 a day
  • Biggest risk: burnout and sloppy applications

Track B: employed and looking

  • Goal: discretion and better targets
  • Daily time: about 30 minutes
  • Applications: 3 to 5 a week
  • Biggest risk: your current employer finding out

Save your free seat

Join from a personal device, not a work laptop. A first name or a nickname is fine. Your camera and mic stay off the whole time, and nobody else in the class can see your email.

First name and email only. Use a personal email, not a work one. The email subject line won't mention job searching.

Questions

Before you sign up

Is the class really free?

Yes. The class is a free hour on Google Meet. At the end I show you the guide, The AI Job Search System, for $19. It's optional, and the hour is the whole class either way.

Will anyone know I'm job hunting?

The class is built so they won't. You sign up with a first name and an email, and a personal email is best. Cameras and mics stay off, a nickname is fine, and I read chat questions out without names.

Is the class recorded?

Only my screen is recorded. Everyone who signed up gets a replay link for 72 hours, and then it comes down.

Does the AI apply to jobs for me?

No. The AI finds jobs, checks they're still open, drafts the tailored resume and cover letter, fills in the form and logs everything. You read every resume, answer anything about your identity or background, and press Submit and Send yourself.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The guide is written for people who aren't technical, and the setup in Chapter 2 takes one evening.

It's free. It's weekly. It is not short.
